Shipping & Delivery
Every Lamora piece is prepared at our Riyadh atelier and shipped with trusted local couriers so it reaches you ready for its occasion.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Riyadh and Jeddah: 1–3 working days after dispatch. Other KSA cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
During launch weeks, Ramadan, and Eid seasons, delivery may take 1–2 additional days. We will keep you updated by WhatsApp or SMS.
Shipping fees
Shipping is free for orders of 500 SAR and above.
For orders under 500 SAR, the shipping fee is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you receive a tracking update by SMS or WhatsApp.
You can also track any order at any time from the Track Order page using your order number and phone number.
Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across the Kingdom. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.
