All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

An order is confirmed once payment is completed, or once the order is placed for cash-on-delivery orders.

We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tamara, Tabby, and cash on delivery. Payment is processed by licensed payment providers; Lamora does not store card numbers.

We may cancel and refund an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability, and we will contact you if that happens.

We photograph every piece carefully, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

Measurements in the size guide are approximate garment measurements intended to help you choose; see the Size Guide page for details.

Returns and exchanges are governed by the Returns & Exchange policy, with a 14-day window for eligible pieces.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number and address on your order and for keeping access to your account secure.
