Returns & Exchange

Full refund if you don't love your purchase. Eligible pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Return window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Requests after 14 days cannot be accepted, so please check your piece as soon as it arrives.

Conditions

The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

For hygiene reasons, pieces with removed hygiene liners, perfume, makeup traces, or alteration marks cannot be returned.

Sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return; this is always shown clearly on the product page and at checkout.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +966 53 380 2174 with your order number and the piece you would like to return or exchange.

Our team confirms eligibility, arranges the pickup or drop-off, and keeps you updated at every step.

Refunds

Once the piece is received and checked, refunds are issued within 3–7 working days to the original payment method.

Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer after we confirm your IBAN.

Exchanges ship as soon as the returned piece passes inspection, subject to availability.
